The aim is to inform the responsible party about acts or behaviors occurring within the entity or caused by third parties contracting with it, which might be contrary to applicable general or sectoral regulations. If you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to fulfill the described purposes. No automated decisions will be made based on the provided data.
How long will we keep your data?
The data will be retained for the necessary time to decide whether to initiate an investigation of the reported facts. The maximum period will be three months from their entry into the system, unless their retention serves as evidence of the functioning of the prevention model, in which case the data will be kept anonymized.
