The video we would like to share today is a continuation of the virtual tour presented previously. Both show that at Claitec, we are constantly striving to achieve the highest levels of excellence in our products and services, always prioritising user support through various channels.
On this occasion, we present both the improved versions such as the TDS (Truck Docking System) , as well as the innovative solutions recently incorporated. Together with those presented in the previous video, these solutions take you on a complete journey that represents Claitec’s proposal and values.
The first of the new products we would like to share with you is the “Truck Inside Dock” – an effective solution which uses a projection on the ground to alert about the presence of a forklift manoeuvrings inside a truck at the loading dock. In addition, the speed of the vehicle can be controlled using our LSA (Low Speed Area) solution, preventing accidents caused by inappropriate speeds during these manoeuvres.
Then, we have the VSG (Virtual Safety Gate), a solution that projects a luminous sign as a virtual gate indicating the right of way at intersections or when a restricted area is crossed without authorisation. In addition to the luminous simulation, it also generates a high-intensity sound signal to help prevent any distraction or recklessness.
The Crossing Radar is also one of the new products presented in this video. This system uses a radar at intersections with reduced visibility to warn vehicles or pedestrians about the presence of a forklift. It projects a luminous warning on the ground as a vehicle is detected.
As far as forklifts are concerned, our HLS (High Load Sensor) solution addresses the frequent problem of loads with excess height. A sensor feeds the driver constant information about whether the load exceeds the permitted height, improving visibility and preventing collisions.
Another solution used to address risk areas and situations is the so-called Detection Areas, designed for environments where high-risk machinery is frequently used. This solution can prevent serious accidents by stopping a conveyor belt as soon as it detects a person equipped with a personal tag -, hence preventing fatal consequences.
And finally, the latest of our safety solution is the innovative Safeyu platform, a cloud-based platform that allows you to manage all Claitec solutions from one single place, providing a record of all incidents and instructions in real time.
But that is not all, in addition to all the above solutions, we have also created a range of scenes that show our improvements or complement even more our solutions to increase safety. Some of these scenes include the TDS (Truck Docking System) – with improved functions -, and the PSG (Pedestrian Safety Gate), which is shown in operation together with limiting barriers to manage traffic more efficiently.
We hope you enjoy this new journey and invite you to share, comment, and contact us if you have any questions or inquiries.
The Claitec team continues to grow, and today we are pleased to welcome two new colleagues who are joining to strengthen the different departments. We are excited to introduce Joan and Cristóbal, who will bring their experience and creativity to help us improve every day.

Joan is a creative person, passionate about taking on new projects that present a professional challenge. He has studied a double degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development in Barcelona, and later complemented his education with a master’s degree in Transport Design and Mobility in Torino, Italy.
Before joining Claitec, Joan marketed several of his own design products and developed a boat almost from scratch – quite a challenge! His passion for engineering has led him to become a part of our team.
In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and climbing, as well as going to the cinema, the theater, and spending time with friends and family.
Joan joins the product design department, bringing his experience and technical vision to the team.
Welcome aboard Joan!

Cristóbal has been working in the logistics sector for over twenty years, developing his career in areas as diverse as mass consumption, construction materials, and the industrial sector.
In his free time, he is passionate about traveling, running, and enjoying reading.
With all this experience, Cristóbal joins the logistics and warehouse team to share his knowledge and support the rest of the team.
Welcome to Claitec Cristóbal!

As every year, April 28th marks a significant date on our calendar, as we celebrate the International Day of Safety and Health at Work.
At Claitec, we have always supported this initiative, and of course, we could not miss it this year. On this occasion, the campaign addresses a highly relevant and current topic: the use of artificial intelligence and its role in occupational safety.
For some time now, at Claitec, we have been working with AI to integrate it into our safety systems, committed to innovation and allocating a significant part of our research to these tools that are here to transform the future of our industries.
The digital transformation is already a reality. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and immersive experiences are part of our daily lives. In this context, their potential to improve occupational safety is undeniable. Clear examples of this are automated management tools or advanced detection cameras, which allow for the optimisation of risk prevention in the workplace.
It is true that the use of these technologies generates debate. As in any paradigm shift, there are proponents and detractors. However, when used as support tools, they can become key allies, in many cases more reliable than systems that depend exclusively on human intervention. Betting on artificial intelligence in occupational safety means taking advantage of its benefits to improve the effectiveness of our solutions and optimise protection in work environments.
If you would like to learn more about our work with these technologies or any other safety product, do not hesitate to contact our team of experts.
We will be happy to advise you.
The future presents us with new challenges and opportunities that we must face with a team of skilled professionals committed to giving their best. Today, we are pleased to welcome three new team members who are joining us to strengthen the various areas where they will contribute their talent and support..

Antonio is a telecommunications engineer with 25 years of experience in areas such as industrial automation, project and process management, and more recently, in sales engineering and technical support. Throughout his career, he has primarily worked in the automotive, pharmaceutical, and electronics sectors (especially small signal converters).
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his daughter. Additionally, he loves walking on the beach and practicing sports such as running, going to the gym, cycling, and swimming, especially in the sea, which is his great passion
Welcome Antonio!

Marc has studies in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and has recently furthered his education with studies in leadership and project management at IQS. Over the last 10 years, he has led several projects, notably the creation of a brand focused on manufacturing sportswear. Previously, he was involved in the representation and marketing of various electric mobility vehicle brands.
His addition to the team represents a new professional challenge that he faces with great enthusiasm and motivation.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the mountains with his family and, when his two children allow, he takes the opportunity to go running and read.
Welcome Marc!

Josep holds a degree in Electronic Telecommunications Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has joined the hardware development team after successfully completing his internship at Claitec. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle on mountain routes with his friends.
Welcome Josep!

Industrial safety systems are designed through rigorous studies that identify potential risks and prevent accidents. This foundation allows us to develop and implement effective solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
But what happens when a specific situation in a particular zone prevents the implementation of standard solutions? When customisation is essential to meet unique safety requirements, it becomes vital to have adaptable solutions and a team committed to finding the best approach.
At Claitec, a proud member of the Troax Group, we offer this differentiating value. Our experienced team works closely with clients, analysing each case in depth, testing solutions, and ensuring continuous follow-up for optimal performance. Choosing Claitec is not just about acquiring a product; it’s about partnering with a dedicated team that strives to exceed expectations.
A Practical Example of Customisation (post image)
In one case, operators working at heights within a protective cage, elevated by a vehicle, faced significant risk. When lowering the cage, they couldn’t always see if a colleague was in the danger zone beneath.
To address this, we adapted our Pedestrian Alert System (PAS) with:
1. PAS installed on the vehicle.
2. An MT-50 activator placed in the manoeuvring area.
3. A warning light on the protective cage.
4. Personal T-10R tags for pedestrians.
The system ensures that if a pedestrian with a tag enters the danger zone, the PAS triggers the MT-50, activating the light or sound warning on the cage and alerting the operator to take precautions. This level of customisation is only possible with a creative and experienced team capable of thinking beyond standard solutions. At Claitec, we see every challenge as an opportunity to learn and improve.
